The minimum investment amount is 25’000 Swiss Francs per Private Markets fund investment. There is no maximal amount, as long as it does not exceed the maximal remainder of an investment ticket.
In the event that the accumulated investment interests of all investors are not enough to reach the minimal ticket size, the investment will not take place, about which you would be informed. Because you will not have invested any money at this point, the process of cancelling an investment opportunity in a Private Markets fund is very smooth for you.
Your invested money flows to a custody bank account, which is held in the name of the Luxembourg SPV of iAccess Partners. The custodian bank serves the capital calls and distributions of the underlying Private Markets fund. Please note that there is a seperate custody bank account per Private Markets fund investment opportunity.

iAccess Partners reports on your investment in the Private Markets fund and depending on the Private Markets fund investment opportunity ensures the management of the SPV.
There are multiple ways by which you will be kept informed by iAccess Partners. Firstly, on your portfolio overview, you will find all key information about your investment as well as documents with regards to your investment, which you can download. The frequency of your Private Markets fund investment reportings depends on the underlying Private Markets fund. Secondly, iAccess Partners will keep you informed with newsletters, if you have opted for it.

iAccess Partners is holding no client monies or assets. Investor are holding their assets with their bank. Private Markets investments would therefore not be affected if iAccess Partners would go out of business.
iAccess Partners’ charges two fees: A one-time access fee and a yearly maintenance fee.
The Access Fee amounts to 1.00-1.25% of your invested capital. This fee covers the set-up of our legal infrastructure in Luxembourg, the creation of all contracts and investment documentation, and any other costs arising in the set-up process of an investment opportunity.
The Maintenance Fee amounts to 0.45% of your invested capital annually. This fee ensures an efficient and effective management of your Private Markets fund investment and does not include third-party fees (charged by service providers such as the paying agent, the asset manager, or the structuring provider).
Access fee: The access fee is paid by you in addition to your investment at the same time as you make your investment.
Maintenance fee: The annual maintenance fee is charged quarterly on the invested capital. Thus, you do not need to make an additional payment.

Depending on the investment opportunity the lifecycle of a Private Markets fund lasts for ~10 years. During this period, your invested money cannot be withdrawn by you and will only be paid out when the Private Markets fund distributes money.

Closed-ended Private Markets fund: If you invest in a closed-ended Private Markets fund, you can use iAccess Partners’ Liquidity Desk to exit your investment during the lifecycle of the fund.
Evergreen Private Markets fund: If you invest in an evergreen Private Markets fund, you can periodically exit your investment by issuing a request to sell through your securities account. For quicker liquidity, you can also use iAccess Partners’ Liquidity Desk to exit your investment.
